Hi! Just wondering if anyone is still participating in this forum or if the discussion is happening elsewhere. I'm interested in locally produced pastured meat in the LA area and would like to know of any resources you all may already have.

J&J - Grassfed Beef vendor in Los Angeles

Much to my chagrin, I didn't know these guys were here in LA's area Farmers Markets. I've emailed with Steven and he says that they also sell whole, half and quarters. Now we just need to find a local supply of good pigs!

Slow Food!

I'm very familiar with the Slow Food movement, but this is ridiculous! This site gives a whole new meaning to the term, "slow food".
One member writes posts. Another member responds to it, then nothing but silence.

Isn't anyone on this board actually interested in seeing this through?
